Due diligence is the way to discover everything you need to know before you buy. Of course it’s your agent’s job to watch your back and make sure that you’re getting the best deal possible. But what if your agent is skimps on the due diligence because he or she feels that they are too busy for the little details. Who really has something to lose; you or them?
